Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our organization as the Director of Capital Campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our capital campaign efforts with the goal of raising significant funds to support our organization's mission and strategic initiatives. As the Director of Capital Campaign, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing fundraising strategies, cultivating donor relationships, and ensuring the success of our capital campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for ensuring the agency has marketing materials and a dedicated website necessary for a successful campaign.
· Develop and manage a comprehensive donor stewardship program to recognize and cultivate long-term relationships with campaign contributors.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as nonprofit management, fundraising, marketing, or business administration.
· Proven experience (at least 5 years) in successful capital campaign fundraising, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
· Strong understanding of fundraising principles and strategies, particularly in major gifts and donor cultivation.
· Proficiency in using fundraising software, donor databases, and other relevant tools.
· Knowledge of ethical fundraising practices and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
