About the Role
The Lead Implementation Specialist is responsible for overseeing and delivering professional development activities—including training and coaching—for Early Steps direct service providers, service coordinators, and other staff. This position ensures fidelity to the FL-EPIC Early Steps Professional Development (ESPD) model and supports embedded intervention practices aligned with the Pyramid Model.
