Position Summary
The Administrative & Development Program Associate provides administrative, operational, and development support to Florida Humanities. This position plays a key role in supporting donor stewardship, constituent data management, board administration, and statewide public programs. Working collaboratively with the Executive Director, Associate Director, and Programs Manager, the Associate ensures the efficient coordination of fundraising activities, board operations, program logistics, and office administration while delivering exceptional service to donors, board members, partners, and the public.

Development & Donor Relations
Process charitable contributions and maintain accurate donor records in Raiser's Edge.
Board Administration
Serve as the administrative liaison to the Board of Directors and Board committees.
