Operations Specialist

Pay rate will be between $18.80 and $22.00 per hour (and based on experience in that range)

Full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

The Easterseals Florida Treasure Coast Early Steps program is dedicated to supporting infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities, and their families. As our Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our office operates smoothly so our team can focus on delivering high-quality early intervention services throughout the community. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and enjoys a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and office improvement projects
• Obtain vendor quotes and support purchasing activities in accordance with organizational policies
• Manage office equipment maintenance, inventory, and service needs
• Provide administrative and operational support to managers and staff
• Assist with purchase orders, petty cash, and other basic accounting functions
• Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate ordering and replenishment
• Track operational projects and maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with the accounting team and other departments
• Support reception, mail distribution, and general office operations

What You'll Bring

• Associate degree from an accredited college or technical school, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Six months to one year of administrative, office operations, facilities, accounting support, or related experience preferred
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Professional and courteous phone etiquette
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Internet, Adobe, and database software
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• An energetic, resourceful and professional individual who will promote a positive, respectful and team-based environment
• Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle, as required, for program-related needs (minimum age of 21 and good driving history)
