The Role of the President / Chief Executive Officer
The President / Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the key leadership position within LSS. The CEO champions LSS and the people we serve and ensures that the agency has the capacity to sustainably deliver services with excellence and integrity. Key roles include but are not limited to:

People and Culture
Operational Guidance and Accountability
Maintains and Grows Community Partnerships
Competencies
The CEO must possess a broad and flexible range of leadership and management competencies including but not limited to the following.
Experience
Education
Minimum of bachelor's degree, preferred in business administration, non-profit management or a related field

Workplace
This position primarily requires a regular daily (Monday through Friday) work week in-person with some field presence. Some after-hours and weekend duties are required.
