JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Program Coordinator, Outreach & Health Equity plays a key role in expanding the Foundation's reach through management of the Take 10 Ambassador Program and engagement with MoMMAs Voices Partner (MVP) organizations. Reporting to the Director, Community Education & Engagement, this position builds relationships with community organizations, healthcare partners, ambassadors, and volunteers to increase awareness of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and improve access to education, support, and community resources.
This role combines community outreach, program coordination, partnership development, and cross-functional collaboration to advance the Foundation's mission and health equity goals. The ideal candidate is an exceptional relationship builder with strong organizational skills, cultural awareness, and a passion for serving communities through education, advocacy, and meaningful engagement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Public Health, Communications, Community Health, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, Human Services, or a related field and three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in community outreach, health equity, community engagement, volunteer management, nonprofit program coordination, or healthcare outreach.
Experience working with community-based organizations, public health initiatives, culturally diverse populations, faith-based organizations, healthcare systems, or health equity initiatives is preferred. Experience developing strategic community partnerships and conducting outreach to underserved populations is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, cultural awareness, sound judgment, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to the Foundation's mission and core values.

What You'll Do
· Manage and grow the Take 10 Ambassador Program by recruiting, supporting, and engaging ambassadors.
· Build and maintain relationships with MoMMAs Voices Partner (MVP) organizations and coordinate Lunch & Learn opportunities.
· Develop partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, advocacy groups, and faith-based organizations.
· Coordinate outreach events, educational programs, and community engagement initiatives.
· Represent the Foundation at conferences, health fairs, community events, and outreach activities.
· Track outreach activities, ambassador engagement, partnership outcomes, and program metrics to support continuous improvement.
· Engage with ambassadors, volunteers, and community partners through the Foundation's online community platform to strengthen communication and ongoing participation.
