Salary: $50,000-$53,000 per year, based on experience

Easterseals Florida is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Steps Lead Implementation Coach (LIC) to support the implementation of Florida Embedded Practice and Intervention for Caregivers (FL-EPIC) within the Early Steps program. This position plays a key leadership role in training, coaching, and supporting Early Intervention providers to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services to children and families.
The LIC will collaborate with Early Steps providers, Provider Coaches, the Early Steps State Office (ESSO), and partnering Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs) to ensure fidelity of implementation, professional development, data collection, and sustainability of coaching practices.

A Snapshot of What You’ll Do:
• Lead and oversee professional development activities, including training and coaching initiatives.
• Coach Early Steps providers on home visiting practices and embedded interventions with families.
• Support Provider Coaches in implementing effective coaching practices.
• Collect and monitor coaching, child outcome, and family outcome data.
• Collaborating with Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs) and the Early Steps State Office (ESSO).
• Ensure fidelity and consistency of FL-EPIC implementation within local Early Steps programs.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Florida Early Steps policies and practices.
• Facilitate professional development opportunities for direct service providers, service coordinators, and program staff.
• Participate in implementation team meetings and project activities.
• Support sustainability planning and implementation efforts.
• Maintain compliance with all confidentiality, privacy, and protected health information requirements.
• Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, teamwork, and commitment to Easterseals Florida's mission and values.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services-related field including; Education, Health and Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, related field relevant to Part C service delivery
• Bilingual skills is a plus!
• Advanced knowledge of Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
• Knowledge of the Florida Early Steps Program.
• Experience with early intervention, coaching, family-centered practices, or home visiting services.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate, routines-based, evidence-informed early intervention practices.
• Experience using software applications, electronic file-sharing systems, tablets, computers, video technology, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle, as required, for program-related needs (minimum age of 21 and good driving history)
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and reach as needed
