Forty Carrots Family Center seeks an analytical and highly organized individual to work alongside our talented and dedicated Development team. The full-time position of Development Administrator is responsible for effective coordination of processes across multiple databases and software platforms, data management, analysis and interpretation of reports, donor acknowledgement, and assisting with fund reporting and reconciliations. The position plays an integral part in supporting events and is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the annual online auction for our signature fundraising event.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or combination of post high school education and experience) plus at least three (3) years of relevant non-profit experience. Knowledge of SalesForce and/or fundraising software is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, comfort with computers and technology, project management capabilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting children and families. The Development Administrator reports to the Development Manager. The anticipated hiring range is $55,000 - $65,000/yr plus competitive insurance benefits, retirement match, and paid time off. Founded in 1993, Forty Carrots Family Center (FCFC) is a nonprofit organization guided by the mission to nurture healthy child and family development through research-based, relationship-centered education and mental health services. Goals of FCFC include to 1) prevent child abuse and neglect, 2) ensure positive outcomes for children, 3) build a community of capable, caring, and respectful young people, 4) provide parents with information, skills, and support, 5) promote secure relationships between parents and children, 6) set the foundation for lifelong success. Goals are achieved through three areas of expertise: Parenting Education, Mental Health, and Early Childhood Education.
